Plugs (genuine ford)
Leads and king lead (Motorsport developments)
Dizzy cap
Rotor arm
Fuel filter
Cambelt and water pump
Timing tensioner and the two bolts that hold it in place both available from ford
Decent oil and filter
Air filter
Check there's 12v's at the fuel pump
Check rear tie bar condition as I have had one snap at speed and so did a friend, so general check on all structural components
All of the above parts are available from Motorsport developments and when you get bored they sell all the stuff too mod it
Get a chipped ecu second hand (much cheaper)
Bailey/ AS breather kit ( again second hand will be cheaper)
-31 actuator (needs to be brand new)
Front mount intercooler and alloy rad kit (new or second hand but second hand will be half price)
Free flowing exhaust system and air filter
This lot once set up by a professional will do anything between 170/195bhp depending on car and condition
But with 70k I would think the clutch wouldn't last long at this so a clutch upgrade would be on the cards
AVOID: any ebay clutch and techni clutches, they are shite so only buy new from decent company's
