Rebuilding the calipers is easy enough it's just a royal pain in the bollocks if you don't have the right tools and a press for the spring
I rebuilt mine last year and had to use a tool to get the pistons back as they wouldn't wind by hand they were tight as fuck

Cheers mate. I've sorted the seals but am having trouble getting the dust seal back in place?!
ajamesc - How do you get the dust seal back? I can wind the caliper in and fit the dust seal after but I can only get the lip in about 75% of the way round the piston as I cant get to the hidden bit with my screwdriver to seat it.
the other method I had read is to use the compressor to try and blow the pre seated seal over the piston skirt, and then wind the piston in with the tool.
No matter what I do the seal blows out of the bore before I can get it around the piston
