i am new to this and cant put a picture up for some reason.

i have taken the outer casing off but the cable/wire for the seat is still in a black block that slots into the metal work of the seat.

it looks as though one side is slightly broke, im not sure if it needs fully removing or i have damaged it and need to buy something else also.

any help would be appreciated, i dont want to take to ford as they said it will be £80 just to look at it.
