Default Cossie won't start

Currently rebuilding my cossie project and struggling to get it started now it's all back together mechanically.

Engine, sensors and wiring loom all from a running donor vehicle or new items.

Car has a toad alarm system fitted and new MSD fuel pump loom.

The problem is as follows - Turn ignition on, press keyfob to turn off immobiliser, crank engine and the car will try but has not actually fired up...yet!

I have checked the following and they appear ok-

Earth present at ECU pins
Fuel pump voltage present
Fuel at fuel rail
Fuel tank contains 20 litres of new fuel
Good spark on all 4 plugs
Firing order correct
All electrical connectors in the engine bay connected

Things I have looked at but still not confirmed 100% -

Crank pulley & sensor...after attempting to check the gap was around 0.6 - 0.8mm I noticed that one of the teeth on the pulley is smaller than the other 3, roughly 0.5mm smaller in height. Is this normal? The pulley and sensor both came off a running car I used for several weeks.

Suggestions Welcome!

Thanks

Brad
