Hi All,

Bit new to Cossies, but just got hold of a 90 4x4 Sapphire, standard, thats been sitting around for about 3 years with no use.

Replaced the fuel pump that was seized, and now find that the fuel return blows of of the fuel tank a few seconds after starting. Soon as that happens it runs rough. Causing leaks after the fuel regulator everywhere.

The Fuel regulator(OEM) is stuck I suppose, but has anyone had this happen? All I ever see on here are low pressure problems. Are there any fixes to free it up or will I need an aftermarket one as the originals are not made any more?
