I've just obtained a B&M shortshifter, its the type from as Escort RS, but I'm fitting it to a Fiesta based kit car that has the same gearbox etc.

I have the gearchange including a gearknob plus a collar, I have looked on google images at a new B&M kit (its an image from rude racing), it shows the same parts plus 3 short bolts, 3 longer bolts, 4 washers and two parts that look like rubber rings or possibly circlips.

Would anyone be able to tell me the best place to get the missing parts, although I'm not sure if I even need them, also I really would appreciate it if someone has the fitting instructions for the kit.
