buying a car with no logbook?? dodgy??
was agreeing on a car today thats on ebay and close to me (want to break it for extra ££), he turns round and says he only has the green part of the v5 logbook, which is the new keepers supplement. so i cant fill out the old owners address and my new address. does this sound dodgy??
