Don't know about the fuel pump selection but to calculate the swirl pot size you need to know the injector cc/min at the base fuel pressure you're running, the amount of boost you run and the time you wish to protect yourself against surge, I've used
this post on Scoobynet to calculate what I needed....
or stick a 2 litre in one and not worry about it again lol
