They should scrap it and the rest of the road tax and put it on fuel, that way the more miles you do the more you pay. But they wont, and they wont redo the 25yr job either

I really dont get why they dont do the above, as theyd make more money and make it 100% fair! Why should one person who does 2k miles in his weekend classic pay the same or sometimes more road fund than someone who does 20k miles???!!!
