When the car was estamated for its damage the coilovers where noticed and noted on the estamate and the insurance company decided not to make payout because if the car was at its normal height the damage wouldn't of happened, its all down to how anal the insurance companies are, I've seen cars with bold tyres that have hit things be repaired and seen a Saxo that was stolen recoverd not have a payout because the owner put vtr badges on it
All depends if it's assessed by a jobsworth it sounds! VTR badges, seriously? What a fuckin joke. No wonder people drive around uninsured. Surely it would benefit the garage fixing the car to get the work rather than throwing it out the door.
