to be honest you should be fine starting it...just make sure you turn the engine atleast one complete revolution by hand using the bottom pulley (and a spanner lol)...if it clears with no problems with sticking etc...then you know you will be fine starting it

reason i say this is becuase even though you will take it to a tuner who will know what they are doing...they are gonna do exactly the same as what you would do at home...turn the key till it starts...so you can get that bit out the way first...who rebuilt the engine? if it was you...im sure you can do the above

but if you do want to bring it down...i would recommend Karl (NMS) or Ahmed Bayjoo at grove garage
