My dad had one when they first came out, a 57 reg auto. He ran it to 130k+ in just over 3 years and it was faultless, literally nothing but services. It's still in the company now as it's too good to get rid of.

He got a 10 reg 163ps auto to replace it and at first it felt nowhere near as fast as the old one.

Real well screwed together compared to the mk3's.
