ok runnung an old laptop with a on board diagnostix program, chip tuning etc etc


this is a diff machine the adaptor has a femal 9 pin serial end on it but so does my laptop, so i need a male 9 pin serial adaptor thats the same on both sides


or......


i have just found a adaptor that converts the large printer serial port to a male 9 pin

will it work?
