Standard Compression ratio, no valve cut outs, no head work... can have whatever gasket it want long studs ect just standard CR and Head cams ect...
Are there anymore rules to your standard engine
. Why not mod the engine to achieve the best results & last a long time. Standard internals & huge Torque are not good companions.
