I keep seeing cars come up for sale that have had a different (usually larger more powerful) engine put in them with the same words in the advert
"still a 1.2 on the log book so low insurance etc..."

Surely that is invalid insurance and it must be some sort of tax fraud as well with the road tax bracketing?

or am I missing something?
