The ISCV is inoperative mate, it doesn't work at all, you have no idle up at all at the moment.

if this doesn't help your cold start issue then pop her back in, and i will play around with the cold start mapping and crank decay.

You need to get the advisory bits done aswell to keep her in working order mate.
