Like someone already said - bite the bullet for the 1st year's insurance and prices will plummet. On a mk3 fiesta Mine went 1300 (ten years ago) TPFT to 700 fully comp on a pug 106.
Then 650 on a focus 1.8 to 330.
Then 470 on a focus ST3 when I was 24.
Like I say, bite the bullet and bide your time
