It's all government run centres here. Now that the waiting times for a test are sensible, it's a decent system.

Although apart from basic checks, most stuff is down to the computer anyway

Headlight alignment, brakes, shocks etc are all checked and confirmed via equipment ( obviously headlight tool is placed in position manually though )

Then the usual visual checks.

No idea if the test centres over there are equipped the same. The local stations definitely wont be though. They spent millions on them here a few years ago
