Im currently running a Code Red 275 map with a pannel filter on mine and its not to bad. I would strongly advise you replace the front wishbone bushes for powerflex ones. The rear bush on the wishbone is oil filled and doesnt last very long and makes the car feel wooley when they have done a few miles. There about £30 each for the rear bush and £25 each for the front bush. And if your handy with a 10 ton press you will be ok fitting them. Them fitted with the Ford Eibach springs (£98.00 with discount £125 +vat with no discount) and the car handles a lot better.
