If it hadn't been for seeing my mum go through what she did, and no matter what diet or exercise she did, making NO difference at all, and from my previous as a teenager then i wouldn't have believed it myself, but I have seen it, and the doctors words "you will only lose weight and keep it off by surgery" all adds up, and all the females in my grandads(my mums) side of the family are overweight, ah well Im proving them wrong
