Up to 2 hours aye! Usually 90mins or so, quite often all of it was on the treadmill too. Stick some good music on and walk away. Treadmill set at a fairly steep incline and at a decent pace, 6-7kph.
Nowadays cardio is more like 2 hours a week if i'm lucky
Wee 4 week cardio blast up to crimbo though, then might try an 8-10 week cut from jan 2nd.
