More exercise is a far healthier way to lose weight than less food.
Im not going to argue with you Chip, I know that no matter how little I eat, it makes no difference! Been there done that when I was a teenager, Lived on 1 meal (or what I would eat of it) and a can of coke, didn't have any effect at all, I went on for months like it and no one knew because it made no difference!! That is how i can say it as its fact for me!

Thanks for the positive comments tho, all helps with the motivation
