I believe there is an issue here as their is only a 20Amp slot spare.

The caravan end is below
it has a 32amp and 2 6 amp

so what sort of feed needs to go to house?
30 Amp or bigger?
Do i need a new consumer board?
will the van need earth or will it come from house?
What core size will i need for awc cable?
please help

I'd say,although I'm not really a domestic boy but I've done a bit so:
1. Generally your feed in the board should be larger than the largest switch in the caravan.
2.32amp or above, problem being if what your feeding from is smaller, then that will trip first,so any faults in the van will show up in the house first, inconvenience more than anything.
3.Not really,if it works and is safe that's fine, certainly legal.
4.The van won't necessarily need additional earthing but it won't harm to do,your earth should come via the armoured or you can buy three core, use one of the spare cores as an earth and connect that up to the earthing block, personally I'd put an earthing rod outside the van and use that.
5.I'd go for 6mm myself, better safe than sorry.price wise there's not much in it really, use tlc for your bits, get their really good on price and their gland kits are superb, come with all the bits you need!!!
