U seem to be a very knowledgable man when it comes to cosworths

I have got a 3 door cosworth was a stage 1 when I got it so I bought all the stage 3 parts for it

First problem was I have never had any real boost it won't go over 1 bar no matter what the act is on. It eventually drives shite and cuts out with too much preload

I have changed the following
plugs 3 sets
t34 x2
2 .48 housings
2 .63 housings
2 3 bar map sensors
2 intercoolers
3 -31 acts
There was a small hole in the inter cooler but that was sealed and tested
no more air leaks etc
Now I refer to the Amal valve thread and mine did have the restrictor (just pulled it out)
But my car also has the very early map sensor bracket where it bolts flat to the inner wing. Would this also be the problem?
I can't check any more at the mo as the car is now stripped for paint etc
