If it's coming out from above then split the box otherwise you can drop the lot down on the subframe which is also really easy,that's how I did one before and it didn't take long,but I did have the luxury of a lift.

Just be careful to keep the old motor and label up everything you took off as renault have a habit of changing the stupidest things from year to year,so there maybe a few differences to what appear to be identical lumps.

Not sure how the immobiliser works on them,but on many cars it's where the engine multiplug on the side of the block meets the car wiring also on the side of the block,it's where they actually plug into,so be careful you don't throw anything out until it's all up and running.

Should be loads of 1.2 Clio motors in the scrappy that shape due to the scrappage scheme.
