That noise sounds like a dry bearing noise, , but with water pump and alternator not being driven after removing belts doesn't leave a lot, hard from vid to hear where the noise is coming from, my first thought with the noise would have been water pump inner seal gone allowing water to wash out the bearing grease.
Another thing you could check but I doubt is the dizzy shaft, the top bush picks up and sticks to the dizzy shaft causing serious wear in the dizzy, I always replace these with bronze bearings for this reason.
