not really, depends on what your trying to achive, why ring the neck out of a T34 when you could have the same power/driving characteristics from a GT30 with lower EGT's

theyre still as good if not better than the double valve springs out now, yes they need head mods, but worth it for the reliablility of them on a race engine !
