The whole first semester of my degree was on foundations and the exam and coursework that followed so I'd like to think I can do this, put it this way in 18mths time 3 members of the rics should give me a little badge which say Chartered on soo.....

I work in M+E though so not much call for foundations in what I do.

BUT....

As its someone elses money I would preffer to email Mark the spread sheet with my calculations on so he can see where all the numbers come from to be sure...
