I went cold turkey over ten years ago from 30+ a day. My physcology was that I kept a brand new unopened pack of cigs, "just in case". I therefore knew that if I ever couldnt cope, I could always have one. By not saying "never again" I fooled myself into seeing how long I could go. Not had a fag since. Spent the first three days in bed feeling like crap, like having flu. I reckon ive saved over 20K by giving up, more than paid for my Focus RS!
