Right,

I have 3 fags left in my box, and I dont want to buy anymore, and i really want to give up and that be the end of it!

I have used patches in the past but i found these didn't actually help me at all.

Can anyone who has given up or is in the process of giving up give me any advice, any hints and tips to keep my mind and hands occupied? I am going cold turkey with this and will start this from tomorrow morning as I have 3 left...i will spread these out over this evening and then thats it...in theory!
