another post

The avo coil overs i have fitted are a bit harsh, was wondering if any one could recommend a good spring rate for fast road usage....

Also the rear has adjustable shocks but standard type springs, the car is too low, is there a good -20mm or something spring out there somewhere?

Lastly, i made a post a while ago regards to getting the coilovers rebuilt, do GAZ do this now and has any one had this done?
