hi my brother has got a sierra which was a cat b write off in 2001,he got it 3 months ago and still has not got the log book ,it has been mot every year since doe's anyone now if this should still be on the road or should it have been crushed we can find no damage to the car or any sign it has been damaged,to be honest it is mint all panels are still date stamped etc,any help thanks
