My sister is a doctor, been in work today on a 12 hour shift.

She came in quite upset, today an 87yo man who has never stepped foot in a hospital, still married to his wife after 61 years, who was up a ladder last week putting up christmas lights, who was fine this morning, had a massive heart attack and brain hemmerage (sp) early afternoon today and will be lucky to make midnight.

Really shit thing to happen to any day, never mind xmas day
