Do you not use one part i.e the white or the yolk? or you supposed to just crack the whole thing into a cup?
make sure you have a glass of milk to wash it down as youll bolk big time,just the thought of it makes you sick,the taste isnt that bad,but once u go u cant just stop halfway,u know what eggs like,its all or nothing
just the whites though i have 1 yolk for every 4 eggs
