Just a quick question... did you set both arms up correctly and evenly before installing them? If either are not set the same initially, there will be a difference in total adjustment level.
yes,happy with what its set at,yes both were set up evenly when i put them in,problem seemed to be that the threaded bits were bottoming out against each other not letting it go shorter,garage said they have had to do this before,col93saphcos
