some things will seem worrying and turn out to be something silly. sometimes they wont. ive already had 3 professional opinions on it and there not the same answer, but if i voice them on here people are inclined to just agree with that.

im not worried in the slightest but ive been caught before with heavy machinery when its stripped to bits and then you wish you had done more tests before hand. too late once its stripped to bits mate.

im a mechanic by trade on big cat machinery and ive done a couple of petrol engines. ive heard engines with a variation of problems knocking, cracked pistons, camwear etc. but this noise i have i cant put my finger on it ? you can soon spend £4k on a £1k job you see.
