I'd check the inlet plenum elbow for signs of oil if there is some in there take the compresor to cooler pipe off and check there if oil is coming out of compressor if there is then its turbo

A sticky oil residue is normal but oil drips is a problem as it collects in cooler and on boost chucks it into manifold which then when u let off creates vaccum and sucked in by engine and burn't
