yep plus one, i had a "biker" come round a bend absolutely flyin as i was pulling out. stopped before id even got to the other side of the road as id seen him and he decided he was going to fast to stop (well over 80 in a 30) and ditched the bike and both him and the bike came slidding past my car without touching me. ive now lost my 2years ncb as hes claiming that i "hit" him off and majically has 2 witnesses to prove it, WTF!!!! had to go dwn the police station to give a statement and bring the car so both the police and insurance company could see. i even showed em the skid marks all the way down the road miles before the junction and yet its deamed my fault??? wish id hit the twat off now
