Default Another new type scam? [another reply]

Enquired about a car for sale, no contact numbers only an email, so sent an email asking some more info on the car (deffo seemed to be too good to be true),

Heres his reply

Hi Stu and sorry for the late reply,

I am emailing you regarding the 2003 VW Golf GT TDI that I have for sale.
Please take some time to read this email carefully, because I want you to understand how this transaction works.

The car is in excellent condition, with 93,600 miles, never been involved in any crash, no scratches, dents or hidden defects, interior in non-smoking condition. The car is located in Bournemouth. The full service history is available and the MOT expires in Oct 2009. The price that I am asking for this car is GBP 1500.
I have recently relocated with my job to Augsburg / Germany, where I will be staying for the next year, and I need a car here very fast. I've already found one to buy but first I have to sell the Golf.

A few days ago a person told me that he is very interested in purchasing and I had to fly back to UK to close the deal. Since I trusted his word, I came to Bournemouth the next day, but when I arrived I called him and he didn't answer the phone anymore. The problem is not about the money that I spent for the plane tickets.. but I lost 2 working days for nothing. Time is very precious for me as I am involved in some major events of my career right now. I am a serious person and this person disappointed me.

I just want to make sure that you are seriously interested in buying this car before we meet and I will fly to UK only if I have an assurance of your intentions. Of course it will be no problem if you decide not to buy the car. But I want to be sure that you will be there to meet me and handle the deal in a civilised manner.

The best way you can prove your serious intentions is to have 1500 GBP transferred into your name via WesternUnion. All you have to do is find a Western Union office in your town and ask your best friend or your wife to go there to make the transfer. He/she will have to send the money into your name, with Bournemouth as location. Of course, if Bournemouth is too far from you we could meet somewhere halfway in another town and you will alternatively use that town as receiver location.
When the transfer is done you will send me a photo/scan of the receipt from W.U. as proof of payment.

This way I will be sure that you will actually come and I will fly to meet you within the next couple of days. You will test-drive the car and if you decide to buy it we will go together at a Western Union in Bournemouth, you will pick up your money, then we will take care of all the paperwork to transfer the ownership into your name.

As you can see I am not asking you to send any money in advance to me. You will be the receiver of the money and only you will be able to pick up the funds from Western Union, only in Bournemouth/UK .

I believe our business proposal is reasonable for both of us.
If you are still interested in going further with the deal let me know.
Cheers
Anyone find the hole in it?
