help and advice on midsection
Hi guys
Looking for some advice on the best exercises to reduce the size and shape on my belly.
Im not that fat but have a little bit of a love handle there, i have been back training after a 13 year lay off for about six months now. I eat healthy and dont eat a great deal of crap but my belly seems to be getting bigger as i train more a bit like a beer barrel from a side on view my belly is bigger than my chest lol.
my stomach muscles are solid and i do have a little bit showing through on the upper half of my stomach.
Im not sure if my posture helps as i have severe damage to my back and neck which you can visibly see on my upper back from a bike accident i had when i was 18 im now 40. I would say im a little hunched over so this does not help.
I also want to work the serratus area but not sure what to do here as i have done pullovers but this seems to make my stomach even prouder.
Any advice on how to tackle this would be great
