You'll need- easiest path for a relatively easy 250bhp

silver top 2litre from a mondeo
efi management of sorts(ofab/cossie/gotech etc)
all the sensors for the management you've chosen
aftermarket oil cooler
A decent breather
uprated intercooler
decomp plate to bring compression down to around 9:1
frst inlet or modified mfi inlet.
stage 2/3 t3 turbo with -31 actuator

thats just the basics off the top of me head plenty more i'm sure.
