mechanically you need to do the following at least:

Skim pistons 40 thou or fit a decompression plate
Blank pref weld 4 oil galleys on block
blank oil return on zetec block as it gets in the way of manifold and turbo
tap in a return for the turbo oil pipe

thats about it really, you also have to fit a cvh water pump, drill the flywheel 11mm to open up the holes, run a spacer shim to fit the gearbox, use the cvh bottom pulley, put a washer behind the cam gear or bottom pulley (cant remember) to space it out so the belt lines up.

Think thats about it... i prob have forgotten a bit but the majority is there mate.
