would trash the transmission as it will hit with such force on a turbo that size. been there done that - on a t34 .55 peaking at 35psi @ 3500. planet gears in the diff and 3rd gear broke. 3.5k later they didnt break again. so hardly ideal !!

you talking about 2wd or 4x4?
as for the MPG, i think you'd be surprised what closed loop can do, i know a few people who run MSD set up and get over 30mpg
