i dont believe theyre legally obliged to return goods unless faulty ? maybe some shops do as company policy and a gesture of goodwill/customer relations but if its not theyre fault why should they?
if i was to buy a part from a seller on here and id bought the wrong thing am i legally entitled to a refund? i wouldnt expect so.
