Let's do this from scratch.

Backup all your game data from the PS3 onto a USB drive.

Reinstall the playstation operating system and register a new account in your name.

On the pc click on internet explorer, in the address bar type \\192.168.1.1 or \\192.168.1.0 (or consult the router manual) and it will open a login box, usuall the username is admin and the password is admin, or the password is password.

If this works you have opened your router up, save this in your favourites.

Close internet explorer

On the back of the router where you put power in, there should be a tiny little hole, get a paper clip and push into this hole and hold the button in for a few seconds, then power off the router and power it back on.

This will reset the router back to factory settings.

Open internet explorer, then favourites and then your router homepage, log in, and set the router up again.
