<rant on>

i went out of my way yesterday to save the company thousands of £ by doing some drops

guy called in sick and we couldn't cover the route so it was all aborted

considering that these peole were on my way home, and i can actually see one of the houses from my front door, it would make sense to everyone else in the world to do them last night and save the cost of the courier dropping them off along the way during the week

the fact i could have done all 38 of them in about 3 hours last night had i been bothered is niether here nor there

but just now, i get a call saying i didn't tell anyone and they had spent all day looking for them, rather than looking at the computer to find out which ones have a "Y" next to them as being delivered as opposed to a "N" for not being delivered and then compalining that i didn't say anything last night at 9.15 when i finished work (this particular imbecile finishes at 3 in the afternoon)

i gained nothing from doing it, i lost nothing from doing it, yet twatness has got a strop on, as usual
