update:

dealer 2 rang back and in all honesty have been much better than dealer 1!

saldy they have news that it has been a rejected claim... asked for honda uk number so i could go further with this.

just rang them but again you dont seam to be getting very far. she took details over the phone of the damage and is going to ring the dealer and get back to me tomorow. thing is they wont see much via a photo you need to see and feel it in person really :S

i am still 100% nothing has touched my car to cause this.

What was a little odd was the dealer had the paint gauge is it that shows how thick the paint is? above the paint a normal reading, yet below and all around it the thing wouldnt read at all! ?? i am so sure there is damage behind it and the heat we are having has pushed this reaction out. some crappy camera sending photo's to honda just isnt going to help. i cant see what good asking honda has done either as they are going to review the claim via the pictures again :banghead:
