We've 'borrowed' one from an RST with a buggered block - and it's running, but it doesn't idle at all - just stalls. Any suggestions how to fix this till we run it up to Glasgow to get tuned?

I'm actually pretty sure now that there was nothing wrong with his old metering head (until we dismantled it) - the non-start problem was because he was tightening the accelerator cable to make it idle.
