the door pokets are screwed on.. in some cases clipped on... in most screwed.... and as for the motor.. yes they are riveted on... thats why i have a rivet gun and a small place atachment for it... just for those types of jobs...

If they're electric the wiring plug is behind the trim panel.
The door pockets are stuck, repeat STUCK, to the rear of the trim, I learnt this the hard way.
