Kent Cams were very honest and told me that they were not absolutely necessary, but for an extra piece of mind and better valve control I think I'm gonna do it anyway. All I can say is that there was clear evidence of valve contact on the top of 2 of my pistons which could have been caused by various other reasons, but I would rather be safe.

By the way, I do not have any association with KC and have not used their products to date except their BD14 cams which were already fitted to my engine.
